Pytloun City Boutique Hotel

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good even though it wasn’t that big, and the staff was really friendly and helpful with any problems.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

The location is superb. Right in the city center. Breakfast is very nice. Sitting on the terrace is great. The bed is very comfy and also you get three pillows which is great selection. We had a room with whirlpool bath....niiiiice.

The staff were polite, especially the short blonde girl at breakfast. She was always smiling. The hotel offers self check-in, which is very easy to use, and you receive all the instructions via email before your arrival. We had a room with a private terrace, which we really appreciated. The room was a bit small, but as we only needed the bed and bathroom, we were satisfied.

Centrally located for sightseeing in Liberec, with a tram stop just outside if wanting to avoid walking to some of the more distant attractions (such as the zoo). The room was well equipped; while it wasn't really the season to use the terrace much, it offered a nice view and would have been a lovely place to sit out in warmer months. There was a wide selection of good food at breakfast, including warm options. While there was a mistake that led to the security deposit not being refunded to my card, the hotel resolved it very quickly (money back to my account within 24 hours) when I contacted them about it.
