This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

Centrally located for sightseeing in Liberec, with a tram stop just outside if wanting to avoid walking to some of the more distant attractions (such as the zoo). The room was well equipped; while it wasn't really the season to use the terrace much, it offered a nice view and would have been a lovely place to sit out in warmer months. There was a wide selection of good food at breakfast, including warm options. While there was a mistake that led to the security deposit not being refunded to my card, the hotel resolved it very quickly (money back to my account within 24 hours) when I contacted them about it.

We had booked a room with SPA, but the upgrade had not been registered from Booking, Anyway everything was clarified with a smile and we even received the upgrade without extra costs.. Welcome drinks and small tapas were offered for free!! Room was very nice with a comfortable bathtub. We also had a terrace with some view. Breakfast on the terrace was brilliant and sufficient. Staff was always very friendly and service minded. Own parking in the basement with additional costs, but very practical. Central, perfect location.

Breakfast was great - it was not huge, but very tasty. The rooms are very clean, so are the bathrooms. The hotel is on the last floor of the building, so the view is exceptional. Location is perfect! You can go almost everywhere by foot!!! The staff is very helpful and focused on improving everything what's possible. It is 20 km from Polish border and you are in very cozy Czech city.

The hotel offers self check-in, which is very easy to use, and you receive all the instructions via email before your arrival. We had a room with a private terrace, which we really appreciated. The room was a bit small, but as we only needed the bed and bathroom, we were satisfied.
